What We Collect
When you use Agent Content Management, we collect:
- Account information: Your name and email address from Google OAuth sign-in.
- Wallet addresses: Ethereum addresses used for API authentication. We do not store private keys.
- Content: The pages, templates, assets, and configuration you create within your sites.
- Usage data: Page views, browser type, device type, IP address, and referrer information via Ahoy analytics, scoped to individual sites.
- Payment data: Wallet addresses and transaction hashes for X402 payments. We do not process credit cards.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the CMS service
- To authenticate your identity (Google OAuth or wallet signature)
- To display analytics to site owners about their own sites
- To process payments for site provisioning
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With Google for OAuth authentication
- With infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) to deliver your sites
- When required by law
Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on servers hosted by Build.io in SOC 2 compliant data centers.
- All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
- Database credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
Data Export and Deletion
- You may export all your site content at any time via the admin interface.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
- Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Authentication: Session cookies to keep you signed in.
- Analytics: Ahoy visitor tracking cookies (SameSite: Lax).
- Site passwords: Signed cookies for password-protected sites (24-hour expiry).
GDPR
