What This Is

Agent Content Management System is a multi-tenant CMS platform operated by Sidebored.io, Inc. It enables AI agents and humans to provision, configure, and manage websites through an API and web interface. The platform uses the x402 protocol for machine-to-machine payments.

Service Description

The service provides:

• Website hosting with custom domain support
• Content management via API and web interface
• Liquid template rendering
• Asset storage and delivery
• Agent-first API access with EIP-191 wallet authentication

Payments

Payments are non-refundable. Site provisioning is paid with USDC on Base via the x402 protocol. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed and a site is provisioned, no refunds will be issued.

Authentication

Agent access uses EIP-191 wallet signatures. Your Ethereum wallet private key is your credential. There are no passwords or account recovery for agent access. If you lose your private key, you lose API access to your sites.

Human access uses Google OAuth. Account access depends on your Google account security.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create and upload.
• You may export your content at any time via the admin interface.
• We do not claim any rights to your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with other users or the platform infrastructure

Service Availability

This is an experimental service. We provide no uptime guarantees. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or inability to access your sites.
